About the Role:

Reporting to the CiC Business Support Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in the seamless operation of new and altered electricity connections. This position involves a wide range of administrative duties, from managing initial applications and processing payments to handling customer queries and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will be an integral part of the team that supports Project Designers and Project Managers, acting as a key point of contact for customers throughout the connection process.
