In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking a CRM Executive to bring fresh insights and expertise to our P&O Cruises Marketing and Brand department.
Role Overview
The P&O Cruises Marketing and Brand team is key to helping P&O Cruises achieve its ambition to become Britain's #1 holiday choice. Our team of experts drive innovation and effectiveness across the entire customer communications and engagement journey, from using advertising and digital media to source newcomers, to creating meaningful and personalised relationships with our current guests.
This pivotal role will involve:
Supporting the CRM Manager – Campaigns in delivering highly personalized, creative communications to our database.Managing execution of CRM communications (email and direct mail) as per the yearly plan.Owning audience data selections for Email (EM) and Direct Mail (DM), with support of internal Data Team.Working closely with internal designers to brief DM design and EM build.Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.This role is positioned at CUK10 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
