This role will be based on the University campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Do you want to gain experience across range of work areas including business development, project support and marketing? Can you make a positive contribution to our team and to students studying here at Leeds?
The successful candidate will work within the Work-Based Learning and Partnerships Team, within the Global Opportunities Team in the Student Education Service. The Work-Based Learning and Partnerships Team are an external facing team working with Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs), charities, University of Leeds departments and multi-national organisations to develop paid work-based learning opportunities, exclusively for University of Leeds students and graduates.
Your duties will include day-to-day administrative tasks that will provide you with an opportunity to interact with students, graduates, university staff and external organisations. You will be involved in the promotion and marketing of work-based learning opportunities to University of Leeds students of all levels and degree disciplines, as well as projects to support the team to continue developing the range and volume of opportunities we offer.
You will be an enthusiastic individual, able to confidently work with a wide range of stakeholders. You will have excellent administrative and organisational skills combined with an ability to manage and prioritise your own workload. You will also be required to work across teams within the Global Opportunities Team (for example, Study Abroad) to collaborate on projects and assist during peak times.
