Key Considerations for Your Career Path:

  • Commitment to Early Mornings: Please note that this role involves working early mornings, specifically a set pattern of Saturday and Monday shifts from 03:00 to 11:45. Due to operational requirements and health and safety legislation, this role is not suitable for individuals under 18.
  • Potential for Additional Premium Pay: An unsociable hours premium of + £3.00 per hour is applicable for any hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00.
  • Seasonal Demand: Be prepared for potential increased working hours during peak periods, such as the weeks commencing 14th and 21st December, when full-time hours may be required.
  • Digital Confidence: A good level of digital confidence is essential, as you'll be expected to use in-store devices and digital tools like the Sparks App to enhance the customer experience.
  • Proactive and Hard-Working Ethos: M&S values colleagues who are ready to "roll their sleeves up, work hard, and go above and beyond" to ensure customer satisfaction.
