This role is essential in supporting safe, compliant, and efficient operations across production, operational, and staff areas.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain the highest standards of cleanliness within assigned areas by following all relevant work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Clean production, industrial, operational, and welfare areas in line with site and client requirementsCarry out regular checks of cleaning equipment and machinery during the working day, reporting any faults or defects to the supervisorAdhere to all internal operating procedures, company policies, and statutory regulationsActively participate in the Company Health and Safety Policy, reporting hazards, risks, or GMP-related concerns to the supervisorWork proactively to support the Sodexo Facilities Management team, anticipating requirements and delivering a positive, can-do approachEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with Mars associates, colleagues, supervisors, suppliers, and customersLiaise daily with other members of the cleaning team and wider site staff to ensure consistent service deliveryAttend all required training sessions and continuously develop relevant knowledge and skillsWhat Were Looking ForPrevious cleaning experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be providedAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable, flexible, and proactive approach to workStrong awareness of health, safety, and compliance standardsGood communication and interpersonal skillsWhy Sodexo?:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; its a chance to be part of something greater.Belong in a company and team that values you for you.
