We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Client HR Business Partner, HR Advisory. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, this full-time and permanent position is based in United Kingdom and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Advisory UK Department and it’s growth.

Purpose of Role

To provide a proactive, professional, advisory service of all client matters and ensuring all advisory services are technically sound, client requests are met, client satisfaction is exemplary and HR Advisory targets for revenue are closely monitored and met. Work with the team of HR Business Partners and Support team and work closely with other members of the HR team and stakeholders within the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Deputise for the Senior HRBP within the HR Advisory function when required

• Proactively liaise with clients and internal partners to gain a clear understanding of client

requirements and to ensure a delivery of service is given which is deemed acceptable to the business

• Support internal teams (including commercial) with delivering services to the clients and

supporting business development activities, including new client proposals.

• Ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables from the team to include 4-eyes review to meet the

agreed terms and deliverables.

• Support internal departments with advisory advice on HR and Employment Law questions to

include Sales, Business Development, Client and Global Services along with Global initiatives (e.g. Brexit, IR35)

• Manage and take accountability own portfolio of clients to deliver timely advice and services as

agreed with the client and with the Senior HR BP

• Seek appropriate Employment Law and Compensation and Benefits advice and assistance

through internal/external resources or network of external partners in order that services are managed to maximum effect with minimal outgoing costs

• Support knowledge management and maintenance of HR Advisory library of references.

• Proactively review individual client circumstances to identify potential business development

opportunities for other services within HR Advisory

• Ensure personal targets for billable hours are met

• Be commercial in outlook with regard to all work and aware of revenue and profitability on

products and services

• Ensure all systems (Global and Manual and local) are up to date at all times

• Assist with development, delivery and implementation on both existing and new services and

products to develop and refine offerings.

• Ensure link sell opportunities are realised for HR Advisory and other Advisory Lines of Service.

• Keep abreast of all developments in International Employment Law and HR Best Practices

• Ensure clients’ files are maintained to appropriate requirements

• Maintain GDPR standards and other legal requirements

Relevant Experience

• Operational knowledge of working in a fast-paced Global environment

• Strategic thinker but can implement operationally

• Demonstrable compensation and benefits and employment law experience in a global remit

• Diverse skills

Education and Professional Qualification

• 4 years HR experience Min

• CIPD or equivalent or working towards
