About the Opportunity:

As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will be at the forefront of patient care, providing essential support and education to patients, caregivers, and clinicians. Working with a highly regarded portfolio of products and services, you will collaborate closely with hospital clinicians, Atos Clinical Educators, and Territory Sales Managers. Beyond direct patient interaction, you will significantly contribute to the professional development of the wider Customer Care team. By sharing your knowledge and insights, you will ensure the team is equipped to understand and meet the complex needs of customers. You will also be a vital resource for troubleshooting, addressing any challenges that arise during patient interactions.

This position offers the benefit of hybrid working, providing a valuable blend of flexibility and in-office collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with patients, caregivers, and clinicians, focusing on individual needs and goals.
  • Provide comprehensive training to the Customer Care team on both products and relevant medical conditions.
  • Partner effectively with field-based clinical and sales teams to drive service growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the company's strategic objectives through outstanding customer care and optimal product matching.

What We're Looking For:

  • A qualified Speech & Language Therapist with a minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in laryngectomy and tracheostomy patient care.
  • Proven experience in delivering education and support to patients with complex care needs.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey complex and technical information clearly and accessibly to patients.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with IT systems and packages.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
  • (Desirable) Understanding or experience with home delivery, prescription, or DAC services.

  • Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including clinical and sales professionals, fostering a rich learning experience.
