This role will provide support across all Sales projects, and initiatives for the UK team, which will give a great insight into the world of Sales and Marketing at Suntory Global Spirits. This is a new role that an individual can make their own and be an integral part of a winning and inclusive team.
Supporting the Sales team with focus and priorities mirroring the commercial activity calendar.
General administrative duties to support both Sales Directors including complex travel and logistics planning. Supporting external key commercial events including invites and ticket management Customer guest management for meeting arrivals at Head Office On Trade & Off Trade ‘Gemba’ coordination for all key market visits Administrative duties supporting Customer retro and rebate tracking & invoices Organising samples / free stock management Supporting Commercial team new starters with equipment & induction planning Partner with MD EA with large internal event organisation. Support with effective diary management for key meetings across Commercial Adhoc commercial team support
