What This Role Offers You:

You will be at the forefront of promoting and supporting site system compliancy with Etex's BP Framework Partner specifications. Your daily responsibilities will involve:

• Providing Expert Technical Support: Offer ongoing technical guidance and advice on Etex BP projects, addressing technical queries and ensuring projects meet all necessary requirements.
• Facilitating Practical Training: Deliver hands-on training to Etex BP's customer base on the correct installation and application of Siniat products and systems, fostering customer success and product adoption.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Investigate product failures on-site, conduct thorough site visits, and provide detailed reports with clear recommendations for remedial actions.
• Internal Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to a strong internal knowledge base by providing practical training and advice to colleagues, enhancing team capabilities.
• Delivering Safety and Best Practice Sessions: Conduct Toolbox talks to highlight correct installation techniques for Siniat materials and the advantages of Etex systems, promoting safety and efficiency on site.
• Site Reporting and Recommendations: Document site visits through written reports, making and confirming recommendations for improvements.
• Process and System Support: Assist in the ongoing training of colleagues on project management processes and the effective use of CRM systems.
