  • Contractual and Quality Oversight: As an NEC Supervisor, you will expertly manage construction defects, quality matters, and assess/report on non-compliances, ensuring adherence to large capital governance frameworks.

  • Building Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with contractors and stakeholders, which is paramount to successful project delivery.

  • Health & Safety Acumen: Experience with construction health and safety legislation, particularly the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with contract management software for defect resolution and skill in producing comprehensive progress reports on project compliance.
  • Exceptional Soft Skills: Strong organisational, communication, conflict resolution, and project planning abilities are critical for success, alongside the capacity to effectively prioritise tasks.
  • Mobility: A current driving licence is a mandatory requirement due to the regular travel involved across various sites.
