The Vision & Cultural Engagement team create, define and deliver creative strategies that embody JLR’s company purpose of Living the Exceptional with Soul within the Strategy, Innovation and Ventures organisation. Lead in redefining the creative output of the team to drive transformational change for JLR, ensure this is presented and communicated so it engages the broadest audience and results in actionable outcomes Manage relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to create compelling experiences Represent the team at workshops/meetings/events and forums both internally and externally and enable the creative culture of the team with other fellow leadership members Work cross functionally to deliver enterprise-wide collaborations Financial awareness for team budgets, projects etc

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you’ll need to have to help you succeed here, including:

Experience of working within creative agencies or luxury brands leading a team to create, define and deliver compelling creative strategies beyond vehicle Strong understanding of how creative strategy can strategically align with JLR’s vision of ‘Proud Creators of Modern Luxury’ and ‘Live the Exceptional with Soul’ in order to achieve JLR’s Reimagine strategy Ability to develop and maintain exceptional relationships with stakeholders with proven strong people and project leadership experience Be flexible and adaptive to shifting worksteams, deliverables and projects Excellent and effective communication skills – able to clearly present complex and creative ideas at all levels
