Job Purpose

This is an Internship position providing you with experience working in a fast-paced, industry leading pet-food manufacturer. In the international role you will be a key player supporting the zooplus Customer Development Team with their responsibilities to deliver Sales and Market and meet all their financial critical metrics. You will be one of the team to execute our agreed plans, analyse the results and strengthen the relationship with our customers.

Main Responsibilities

Support the Customer Development team in their Day-to-Day work to implement the agreed joint business plan.

Provide key analysis and insights from sales analytics.

Support with return on investment analysis for promotions run with Retailers and provide future recommendations.

Identify gaps across the Digital Shelf Performance and make recommendations to close them.

Audit our own & competition activation across all ecommerce platforms to help identify gaps and opportunities.

Assist with Account Admin e.g. Invoices, Data manipulation, Promotional Nominations, Price Files, briefing media assets etc.

Attend internal meetings within our team and with the country teams as and when required.

Attend (online) customer meetings as and when required.

Working cross functionally with other departments like Finance, Digital marketing and Logistics

Personal Attributes

Excellent communication to lead and handle ad hoc projects across the team

Strong organizational skills

Strong analytical skills; Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups etc.,), competence with Google Suite tools is a plus.

Achieve results through appropriate setting of priorities, planning and organization

Ability to work as part of team as well as on own initiative

Effective interpersonal style, including the ability to communicate optimally with both internal & external agencies / customers

Self-motivated, self-reliant, proactive with a “can do” attitude
