The Opportunity in Focus:

  • Community Engagement and Marketing: Cultivate strong relationships within the local community, actively promoting Mercia Grange through events, sponsorships, and public relations initiatives to generate qualified enquiries.
  • Expert Information Provider: Effectively communicate accurate and compelling information about the care home's facilities, specialized care expertise, services, and pricing to prospective clients.
  • Market Insight and Strategy: Monitor and analyze the competitor landscape to ensure the home maintains its competitive edge and identify emerging opportunities within the local market.
  • Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business and marketing opportunities within the surrounding catchment area.
  • Collaborative Environment: Work seamlessly with the Home Manager and Heads of Departments, fostering a cohesive approach to achieving overarching goals.
  • Reporting and Administration: Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all required daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
