We have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Service team, as a Customer Service Advisor!
Fully office based at the Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool, this position is full time working 39 hours per week (8.30am – 5pm) and requires occasional Saturday (9am-3pm) + bank holiday cover.
The role of Customer Service Advisor is fast paced and varied, where no two days will be the same. As the first point of contact for customer queries, you’ll need to be energetic, empathetic, and confidently be able to provide appropriate solutions to a wide range of different situations. You will be joining a dedicated, supportive team that actively listens and responds to a high volume of questions, queries, compliments, and concerns across multiple channels every day.
The key activities in this role are:
Answering and responding to customers queries via live chat, phone, and email. Making follow up outbound calls to customers - no cold calling. Liaising with internal teams and suppliers to resolve customers queries. Complete accurate records to support department reporting. Attend meetings to keep up to date with latest business news. Positively representing our brand when engaging with customers.The experience/skills required in the role are:
Previous customer service experience, within in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Live Chat and customer support ticketing systems is beneficial but not essential. Ability to provide exceptional customer service, finding a balance for company and customer. Be confident with conflict resolution - able to remain calm under pressure. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
