  • Required Experience: A strong track record in the design, delivery, and deployment of voice and contact centre solutions is essential. Specific experience with Cisco Call Manager is highly desirable.
  • Skillset Alignment: The role demands a robust understanding of Decision Making, Requirements Analysis, a Growth Mindset, Risk Management, Solution Design, and Technology Migration.
