In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with BGB's business units to embed data practices and mindsets, driving a culture where data is at the heart of our strategic initiatives. If you are an advocate for data excellence and thrive on enabling teams to harness the power of data, we want you on our team. Key aspects of this role are: Data Fluency Programs: Drive data fluency programs to empower colleagues in interpreting data safely and effectively, enhancing decision-making quality. Cultural Change Initiatives: Lead efforts to promote a data-driven culture, fostering the use of data in all decision-making processes. Best Practices: Unite business stakeholders to share best practices, demonstrating how data and analytics support decision-making and generate business value. Data Storytelling: Provide guidance on presenting complex data as impactful, easy-to-understand stories to influence specific audiences.
