What This Role Entails:

As a Data Governance Lead Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in:

• Contributing to the development and refinement of Citi's Enterprise Data Governance Strategy and Data Risk and Control Framework.
• Assisting in the identification, measurement, and reporting of data-related risks and compliance efforts.
• Collaborating with business lines and global functions to implement data policies and ensure adherence to enterprise-wide data governance principles.
• Analyzing and overseeing data-related issues, tracking ownership, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Gathering and synthesizing metrics to inform best practices and drive improvements in data governance and risk management.
• Developing and managing strategies for measuring the adoption of data governance principles and practices.
