Job Description: Delivery Lead Manchester, Leeds or Staines Permanent £50k - £60k DOE and location + 10% bonus + fantastic benefits Full time: 37.5 hours per week We consider all types of flexibility, including locations, hours and working patterns The role In this role you will be responsible for delivery of business change initiatives or workstreams of larger complex business change projects. With the customer experience at the heart of decisions you will be responsible for delivering defined business benefits and outcomes while closely managing cost of delivery. Youâll help us make health happen by Leadership of planning, shaping and management of change initiatives or workstreams in line with the identified delivery methodology Create and manage optimised project plans, budgets, critical success factors and key milestones for all workstreams Lead appropriate project and workstream teams, negotiating and influencing with resource managers to ensure they are optimised to achieve the agreed outcomes Encourage effective working relationships with colleagues across Bupa and third parties, motivating them to gain commitment, support and resource to deliver project work Effectively engage and manage vendors, focussing on strong delivery capability and cost efficiency opportunities for the initiative Successfully coordinate the initiative and its dependencies, ensuring clear management and control of scope, budget and quality. Setting the team cadence and flow, ensuring a consistent and sustainable delivery of activity Agree responsibilities clearly with individual delivery team members Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role Substantial experience in business and IT change Results oriented and focussed on adding value to Bupa. Strong commercial acumen and broad business awareness Be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills across a wide range of different senior stakeholders Ability to thrive in pressurised environments, with a clear approach to decision making and tenacious approach to problem solving, constantly searching, and striving for effective solutions Demonstrate a tenacious approach to problem solving, constantly striving for effective solutions with the customer at the heart of everything Experienced in risk, resource, and cost/benefit management. Experience of multiple business and IT project delivery methodologies (e.g., MSP, Prince2, Agile, SDLC).
