Greenwich Business School is seeking a forward-thinking Digital Enhancement Officer to join our faculty Learning Technology team. This exciting role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting education through technology and eager to make a meaningful impact on teaching and learning experiences.
In this role, you will support the Learning technology team in delivering a high-quality service to the faculty, including responding to daily service requests and equipment maintenance. The role will assist with the deployment of technology initiatives and provide training and advice to staff. We are looking for someone with experience in strong hardware support and troubleshooting skills, familiarity with using support tools and excellent organisational abilities.
