Were looking for an Diversity and Inclusion Partnerships Assistant to join us and help us grow and embed a truly diverse and inclusive culture across our Co-op. Youll join the Inclusive Partnerships Team who work in collaboration with internal and external partners to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion within Co-op food commercial and supply chain.
Inclusion is placed at the heart of how we do business. Our Endless Inclusion Supplier Hub is a platform where all our suppliers can access tools, resources and information around inclusion. Through this youll support our suppliers to improve their diversity, equity and inclusion commitments and progress. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and drive change to meet the needs of the diverse communities we serve through offering inclusive products and services.
What youll do
Take ownership of the Endless Inclusion hub and onboarding process, a place to collaborate, share case studies and measure progress Manage and liaise with suppliers building strong relationships to drive shared goals towards inclusion Champion diversity, equity and inclusion with our suppliers and partners across our supply chain Work closely with our supplier engagement team to provide interesting and engaging communications to our suppliers and colleagues Provide key support to the Inclusive Partnerships Lead in the delivery of our strategy Liaise with internal networks to support the development of our inclusion and diversity plan Organise supplier events and activities throughout the year including National Inclusion Week Gather and interpret data and insights from across the business to inform meaningful changeThis role would suit people who have
