  • Safety First: A demonstrable strong safety ethic and the ability to perform Point of Work Risk Assessments are paramount. You will be expected to rigorously comply with all UKPN Distribution Safety Rules, Policies, and Procedures.
  • Geographical Flexibility: While based in the Purfleet office, this role may require you to work at any location within the UK Power Networks, with a primary focus on the EPN area.
  • Specialised Skills (Desirable): While not strictly required, experience working on regional electricity networks, knowledge of Pressurised Cable Systems, competency on the EPN network, an NRSWA certificate, and an HGV license would be highly advantageous and make your application stand out.
  • Procedural Requirements: Successful candidates will need to undergo a medical, DBS reference check, and pre-appointment drug screening as part of the onboarding process.
