Your Role and Responsibilities

This intermediate-level position within the EMEA Fixed Income Sales Middle Office Team is central to ensuring the seamless execution of securities and derivatives transactions. Your primary objective will be to support the allocation and confirmation processes, ensuring all actions meet the high standards of Operations, the Business, and our clients, while strictly adhering to regulatory and control requirements.

Key aspects of your role will include:

• Operating within a robust control framework that meets all Audit, Compliance, and Regulatory mandates.
• Actively contributing to the team's operational efficiency, automation, and productivity initiatives, including staying abreast of and adopting new technologies.
• Fostering a culture of continuous monitoring of processes, risks, and controls, with proactive escalation of potential risks.
• Maintaining and enhancing the client experience through the delivery of first-class customer service.
