Job Title: Email Marketing Assistant Department: Global CRM Reporting to: Senior Manager, Email Marketing Location: London Role Overview: We are looking for a bright, detail-oriented and enthusiastic Global CRM Email Marketing Assistant to support the execution of email marketing activity for our luxury retail brand across multiple regions. This is an exciting junior role for someone with a strong interest in retail and digital marketing, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to learn. Working closely with global and regional teams, you will support the end-to-end email process â from build and testing through to reporting and optimisation â helping to deliver high-quality, on-brand communications to our global customer base. Key Responsibilities: Email Build & Delivery Build and schedule emails within the Email Service Provider (ESP), following brand and CRM best practices Carry out thorough pre-send checks, including link validation, personalisation, segmentation and regional variations Test email rendering across devices, browsers and inboxes to ensure a flawless customer experience Regional & Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with regional marketing teams to ensure local requirements, links and market nuances are accurately reflected Liaise with Trade, Content and Creative teams to source assets, copy and campaign details Request, manage and track translations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery across markets Quality Control & Optimisation Support competitor and market analysis to identify trends, best practices and opportunities Assist with seasonal and always-on automation updates, ensuring journeys remain relevant and up to date Contribute to the email testing plan, supporting A/B tests and learning agendas Reporting & Administration Regularly pull campaign performance data for reporting and analysis Maintain trackers, documentation and campaign calendars to support team efficiency Assist the wider CRM team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required Skills & Experience: Essential Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Interest in luxury retail, fashion or premium brands Confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple teams Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines Proactive, eager to learn and keen to develop a career in CRM or digital marketing Desirable Previous experience or internship in email marketing, CRM or digital marketing Familiarity with Email Service Providers (e.g. Emarsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Braze, or similar) Basic understanding of email marketing metrics and performance reporting Personal Attributes Bright, enthusiastic and curious Highly detail-focused with a strong sense of ownership Adaptable and positive, with a hands-on approach Passionate about retail and customer experience Why Join Us?
