What This Role Entails:
As an Engineering Technician - Processing, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing critical breakdown support for a range of pharmaceutical assets and processes within aseptic manufacturing facilities.
- Conducting thorough investigations to identify root causes of issues, utilizing structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Proactively leading and executing continuous improvement initiatives and projects, leveraging lean and manufacturing best practices such as Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Condition Based Maintenance (CBM).
