Engineering Workshop Admin Clerk

Engineering Workshop Administrator Based at our Aldershot depot, located at Halimote Road. Pay rate of circa £25000 per annum Monday to Friday 07:00hrs – 15:00hrs 6 month FTC What you’ll be doing: Completing daily fuel usage records using our bespoke system Entering vehicle defect cards onto our maintenance system Any other administration duties requested by the Engineering Manager Assist with keeping stock supplies at a recommended level and carry out stock audits alongside the storekeeper What we’re looking for: Accuracy and attention to detail Be competent working with Microsoft Office programs The ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines Team working skills Why choose Stagecoach?
