Key Considerations for Aspiring Candidates:

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess a strong foundation in the following areas:

• Enterprise-Grade Cloud Data Platforms: Demonstrable experience with enterprise-scale cloud data platforms, particularly AWS and/or Azure.
• Data Management & Security: Deep understanding and practical application of data management solutions, including data cataloging, lineage tracking, data quality frameworks, and robust data security measures (access control, data protection).
• Data Products: Proven experience in implementing high-value data products.
• Banking Data Expertise: Significant experience with data within Investment and Consumer Banking, specifically in master data management concepts for customers, products, and accounts.

Additional skills that will be highly valued include:

• Cloud Data Engineering proficiency on AWS/Azure.
• Expertise in Data Architecture patterns and delivering reusable "patterns-as-code."
• Familiarity with Generative AI (GenAI) solutions.
