  • Shape Financial Crime Strategy: The IFC portfolio is a critical multi-faceted program aimed at strengthening financial crime prevention. As a Process Architect, you will play a key role in developing and evolving the bank's technology architecture, aligning it with business and technology objectives.

  • Deep Architectural Acumen: Extensive experience in Enterprise/Process Architecture, with a specialization in Business Architecture and Business Process Engineering, is crucial. A deep understanding of IT Architecture and its integration with business and data architectures is highly desirable.
  • Broad Business Knowledge: While not always mandatory, knowledge of core banking products and operations, including Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Lending, Treasury, Trade Finance, Risk Management, and Back-Office Operations, will be highly advantageous. This breadth of understanding allows for more holistic and effective process solutions.
  • Leadership Potential: The role outlines Assistant Vice President expectations, which can include leadership responsibilities. If you're looking to develop your leadership skills, this position offers opportunities to advise, influence, lead teams, and coach employees. For individual contributors, there's scope to lead collaborative assignments and guide team members.
