Key Considerations for Aspiring Candidates:

• Location Flexibility: This role offers a choice of significant engineering hubs, with positions available in Devonport, Plymouth, Rosyth (Fife), and Bristol. Please note that the role is full-time and based onsite at either Rosyth, Bristol, or Devonport.
• Educational Foundation: A degree in a STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) or equivalent practical experience is required. Familiarity with fundamental Systems Engineering concepts is highly beneficial.
• Core Competencies: We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication for both technical and non-technical audiences, strong organisational abilities, and an enthusiastic approach to learning.
• Security Clearance: A critical aspect of this role is the requirement to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance. Eligibility for this clearance can be influenced by factors such as place of birth, nationality, current or former citizenship, and residency. Potential candidates are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the requirements for UK security vetting.
• Compensation: The salary range for this position is between £26,379 and £32,950, reflecting the entry-level nature of the role and the significant development opportunities offered.
