The Data Integrity role is a specialized AVP level position responsible for providing analytic and lifecycle support to various securities related functions, rolling into the Equity Derivative Middle Office Team. The overall objective of this role is to support traders and improve the static security representation of risk.
This role will require in depth knowledge of the Corporate Action processes including Risk adjustments across complex derivatives portfolios and market data connectivity.
This is a specialized function which will involve project management of existing systemic limitations working closely with our colleagues in Product Development and Technology.
You will play a pivotal part in helping to support the lifecycle of a trade at key junctures. Working to ensure all positions are correctly captured in risk systems and flow through our front to back Operations teams, with no issues.

You will build a strong network with the Front and Middle Office functions and will also gain experience dealing with all types of traded securities from vanilla options to more complex exotic options and structured products

What youll do
Overseeing and executing a critical core operations activity to maintain correct risk through corporate action events and ensuring controls are continually monitored, and potential risks escalated on a timely basisDaily Collaboration across Global Clients, Trading, and Operations teams to provide solutions and identify/resolve root cause.Acting as key point of contact for the team across internal and external stakeholdersIdentifying trends, synergies and weaknesses across products and regionsRecommending control enhancements as neededPromoting a culture of continuous improvement and cultivating a robust service and control environmentChampioning diversity and inclusion to create a working environment which allows our People to thrive and excelProviding input to simplify, improve and measure processes by delivering enhancements to the control environment, and the customer journey with input to design techniques and digital automationProviding valuable input into strategic platform re-engineering initiatives, reducing manual touch points and aligning tech delivery vs. business goals and wallet share optimizationProviding input into initiatives to continuously improve straight through processing (STP) rates, including the use of robotics, workflow and other innovative re-engineering techniquesWhat well need from you
The role will suit an experienced Equity Derivative candidate, ideally from a FO or MO background with Technology competencies, or equally an FO Risk Support (IT) candidate with Equity Derivatives product experience. This is a unique opportunity to join a Global team which will help drive & deliver the firms Lifecycle automation program.
