What Youll Do as an Ethical Trade Coordinator - Data Partner

In your role, youll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Heres a flavour of your day-to-day:   

Lead ETES Data Reporting: Manage reporting requirements with a strong focus on Social Audit data, while expanding support across broader ETES data needs. Develop, deliver and maintain dynamic dashboards, analytics and trend insights that meet evolving regional requirements.

Apply ESG and Social Governance Expertise: Demonstrate a solid understanding of ESG principles, specifically social corporate governance and its four pillars: accountability, transparency, fairness and responsibility.

Provide Insightful Trend & Theme Analysis: Analyse Ethical, Structural and Environmental audit data to identify patterns, themes and trends. Present clear, actionable insights to key stakeholders and support follow‑up, monitoring and progress tracking.

Foster Strong Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Act as a key liaison across the ETES team and wider business functions to ensure alignment and support shared goals.

Ensure Accurate Data & Process Compliance: Support regional teams by ensuring accurate system inputs, adherence to verification processes and maintaining high standards of data integrity.

Enable Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing development of reporting processes, tools and best practices to enhance insights, data quality and decision-making across the organisation.

What Youll Bring
