We’re looking for a Content Operations Coordinator to help us deliver on that promise. This role is all about making sure our content publishing runs smoothly — ensuring updates are accurate, accessible, and aligned with our brand standards.
What you’ll do:
Publish and update content across the University’s website and digital channels.Coordinate publishing schedules and workflows to meet deadlines.Carry out accessibility and quality checks on digital content.Liaise with colleagues across Marketing and Communications to support campaigns and updates.Maintain records, templates, and shared resources to keep processes efficient.What you’ll bring:
Experience publishing and maintaining content in a CMS.Knowledge of accessibility standards and SEO best practice.Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.Interested?
