Role Overview

Are you ready to take your organisational skills to the next level and support our Executive Leadership Team in a fast-paced, high-impact role?

Were looking for a proactive and highly capable Executive Assistant to join our Executive Support team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, contribute to strategic priorities, and play a key role in the smooth running of our executive operations.

Key responsibilities include:

Diary and email management Manage multiple priorities independently from start to finish Handle various activities and confidential matters with discretion Drafting communication content Preparing presentations and reports Coordinating and sending meeting agendas Notetaking and arranging inductions for new starters Event organisation and general administrative duties Collaborate with other EAs, PAs, and colleagues across the organization

Position Requirements

This role is classified as CUK11 and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

About you: the ideal candidate

You are more than just your CV. You're someone who brings:

Proven experience as a PA or EA at a senior level Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Word Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion Experience working in a large, fast-paced environment A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality support
