We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Front of House Supervisor to join our busy team at St Leonards School, The Pends, St Andrews, KY16 9QJ.You'll be responsible for managing your workload and that of your team, supporting training as required, with a focus on ensuring the smooth running of service in a fast-paced environment.Join Sodexo andbe part of something greater. You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.What you do:Contribute to the strategic management and business development of the food services.Oversee successful daily service delivery in a friendly & efficient mannerAdministration – food temperatures, cleaning schedules, etcDaily coaching of the teamAssist FOH manager with trainingPromote a safe working environment by reporting near misses & report any faulty equipment in a timely mannerContinually monitor all health and safety, food standards and hygiene standards and ensure they are maintained at the highest level.Line Manage, develop, and supervise the Catering Team.Support in preparing menus in conjunction with qualified dieticians to ensure compliance with nutritional standards.Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of all appropriate records on the receipt, storage, and issue of food items.Ensure that all food entering the control of the catering department is produced and served to the highest standard.Responsible for the leadership of all employees including effective resource management, recruitment, induction, PDRs, development, coaching and performance management.
