You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.What youll do:To maintain excellent client/customer relationshipsTo attend huddles and meetings as requiredTo attend your performance development review to discuss job standards and agree development activitiesTo maintain a clean and tidy work area at all timesTo maintain high levels of personal hygiene and wear the appropriate uniform and PPE as requiredTo care for all available resources including equipment, materials and supplies as directedTo report any near miss occurrences, accidents or faulty equipment to managementTo ensure effective communication with line manager, team, customer and client organisationTo maintain all areas of responsibility to the set service standards and in line with applicable service offerTo process all information with discretion and strict confidentiality in order to comply with data protection and other security requirements.What you bring:Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of catering operations, as well as some team leading experience or supervisory.Very much desirable, but some experience in hospitality would be great; Hotel/Bar/RestaurantExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to motivate a team wellCan work at a fast pace and adapt to change when neededBe a team player and communicate this with your senior managementWhat we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; its a chance to be part of something greater.
