We're looking for a Commercial Finance Business Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping our business. This isn't just about crunching numbers—it's about leveraging data to drive major investment decisions on pricing, propositions, and product ranging.
With two analysts reporting into you, you'll lead high-impact projects, influencing senior stakeholders and shaping our commercial strategy in a way that goes beyond traditional analysis. What youll do
Lead strategic investment decisions by using data-driven insights to shape pricing and proposition strategies, ensuring commercial success. Define and optimise product ranging by assessing market trends, customer demand, and financial performance to maximise profitability. Influence key commercial decisions by partnering with senior stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations beyond traditional financial analysis. Manage and develop two analysts, guiding them to deliver impactful insights and supporting their professional growth. Drive high-impact projects that shape the companys commercial strategy, ensuring agility in response to market opportunities and challenges.

A strong commercial finance background with experience in data-driven and strategic decision-making environments. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive high-impact commercial decisions. Expertise in pricing, propositions, and product ranging, using data-led investment strategies. Strong analytical skills, with experience in data manipulation and translating insights into action.
