About the Role: A Strategic Partnership in Financial Operations
This role offers an exciting fixed-term contract of up to 12 months, presenting a valuable opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take ownership of the financial operations for Reckitt's Corporate Headquarters (CHQ) entities. Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
As a key member of the Finance team, your contributions will be vital to the smooth functioning of CHQ entities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing month-end closing tasks and reporting deliverables.
- Ensuring strict adherence to all company policies and internal controls.
- Partnering with Global Finance Services to optimize outsourced tasks.
- Leading the preparation and review of statutory accounts for CHQ entities.
- Managing external audit processes for timely and efficient completion.
- Supporting external reporting requirements, particularly disclosures related to CHQ entities.
- Collaborating with the Transfer Pricing team to ensure timely implementation of operating model changes.
- Ensuring compliance with IFRS, UK GAAP, and corporate governance requirements.
- Managing financial controls, reconciliations, and risk management processes.
- Driving continuous improvement and efficiency in CHQ entity reporting.
- Providing leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for junior team members.
- Proactively identifying and mitigating compliance and control risks in coordination with other teams.
