The role As a Fleet and Engineering Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will provide and assist with the process of vehicle resources to ensure compliance is met for both transport legislation and military regulations including daily licence and competency checks.
Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:
Assist with the administration and management of all aspects of licensing, all aspects of authorised vehicle movements and tasking’s and manage the Tech Documents library. Manage, maintain, and update all documentation for both internal and external personnel in line with contractual and legalisation requirements. Comply with the unit system for the reporting and processing of vehicle and equipment faults and breakdowns. Support the Fleet and Engineering departments, through the delivery of administration support. Control the archive record store, ensuring records as appropriate are maintained for audit purposes.
This role is full time and based onsite at our Minley site.
Essential experience of the Fleet and Engineering Administrator:
Computer literate in Microsoft Office Word and Excel Experienced with administrational tasks and responsibilities.Qualifications for the Fleet and Engineering Administrator:
