You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.What youll do:Ensure completionofall requested/contracted tasks and motivate your team to effectively ensure these are completed in a timely and thorough manner.Oversee the teams areas to ensure they are kept tidy, clean and to a hygienic standardCommunicate efficiently with the catering management and chefs, to ensure teams are connected and working in syncBe a champion of health and safety practices - spot a near miss? Report it to keep your colleagues safe!Ensure regular safety walks are completed, to pick up any hazards.Frequent feedback sessions with your team, to ensure they are confident and happy in their roles.What you bring:A clean driving licence (for use of the company vehicle)Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of catering operations, as well as some team leading experience or supervisory.Very much desirable, but some experience in hospitality would be great; Hotel/Bar/RestaurantExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to motivate a team wellCan work at a fast pace and adapt to change when neededBe a team player and communicate this with your senior managementWhat we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; its a chance to be part of something greater.
