What You'll Do:

In this strategic leadership role, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting and utilizing market research and patient insights to deeply understand market dynamics, patient needs, behaviors, and barriers.
  • Collaborating intensively with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Commercial, Sales, Market Development, and Advocacy to ensure seamless strategy implementation.
  • Playing a crucial role in the preparation and execution of launch activities for product expansions, including new indications.
  • Overseeing allocated budgets for programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum impact.

  • Extensive Pharmaceutical Commercial Experience: A minimum of 10 years in pharmaceutical commercial roles, with a strong track record in brand strategy development and execution.
  • Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to develop and implement brand strategies grounded in deep insights and compelling value propositions.
  • Therapeutic Area Expertise: Experience in the respiratory and/or immunology therapeutic areas is highly desirable.
  • Market Understanding: A robust understanding of commercial strategy, including pricing, reimbursement, and market research techniques.
  • Financial Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in financial competence and budget management, with a clear understanding of P&L and business drivers.
  • Customer Engagement: Experience interacting with external customers such as Key Opinion Leaders and payers.
  • Launch Experience: Broad commercial experience, including pre-launch and launch activities.

Desirable skills include strong critical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, influencing, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience working with agency partners to translate strategy into action will also be beneficial.
