As a Lidl Warehouse Operative, youll make sure our stores receive the right stock when they need it. From picking products to helping out in team tasks like checking stock, youll roll up your sleeves and get the job done. Youll work through your orders independently to help get our 2,000-plus products into the hands of happy customers, taking pride in the fact that without you, our shelves would be empty.

In return, well give you a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights, as well as a generous benefits package designed to support your well-being and life outside of Lidl.

What you'll do Moving the incoming stock from Goods In lanes to the assigned storage locations. Processing requests from the Warehouse Operative department. Performing replenishment. Cleaning the pick faces before replenishing. Stock rotation; paying close attention to the best before dates. When required, moving and re-slotting pallets during warehouse remerchandising. Stacking and unstacking pallets (e.g. during transfers). Supporting colleagues in other areas (e.g. checking goods, picking goods). Providing support for warehouse inventory (where necessary).What you'll need Experience working in a fast-paced environmentThe drive to meet your goals and targetsExcellent attention to detail when working quicklySelf-motivation to work hard and make a real differenceCovering the early morning shift. Reach Truck license. What you'll receive 30-35 days holiday (pro rata)10% in-store discountPension schemeEnhanced family leaveGym discountPlus, more of the perks you deserve
