Lead capability-building initiatives, including professional communities, mentoring programmes and learning solutions to future-proof skills. Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to embed technology talent strategies into workforce planning and organisational design. Champion diversity and inclusion within technology teams, creating an environment where everyone can thrive and contribute. Monitor emerging trends and technologies, advising on how these impact skills requirements and shaping proactive responses. Drive engagement and retention by creating compelling propositions for technology professionals, ensuring Bupa is seen as an employer of choice. Deep understanding of digital transformation and the skills required to deliver technology-enabled change. Proven ability to influence at executive level, building strong relationships and driving consensus across global teams. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, able to translate business needs into actionable talent strategies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and engage diverse audiences. Passion for people and technology, with a commitment to fostering innovation and continuous improvement. Benefits Our benefits are driven by what matters to our people.
