We are actively seeking a talented Planning Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on the exciting EMEA markets for our esteemed clients, Abercrombie & Hollister. This pivotal role offers a fantastic opportunity to manage the day-to-day operations of a key account, from contributing to strategic communications planning to ensuring impeccable financial execution. You will be instrumental in leading campaign management, collaborating closely with internal activation teams and external clients to achieve and exceed set KPIs.

Reporting to a Planning Director and directly line managing a Planning Executive, you will be at the heart of delivering a seamless client experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Spearheading key client deliverables and leading daily campaign planning activities.
• Supporting the development of end-to-end campaign plans, ensuring seamless integration with our activation teams for first-class execution.
• Overseeing campaign execution from initial media planning through to final performance reports.
• Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all client requests, upholding the highest standards of service.
• Meticulously managing campaign finances, ensuring all bookings have purchase orders and accurate billing.
• Facilitating clear communication with all internal and external stakeholders, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
• Nurturing and guiding the career development of your direct report.
