We have a great opportunity for a specialist Health and Inclusion Advisor to join our Wellbeing Service, based within the award-winning Student Wellbeing Team.
The Health and Inclusion Advisor role is part of a multi-disciplinary team based on campus in a student-facing setting. You will have specialist responsibility for coordinating support for Lincoln Medical School students, focusing on the delivery of specialist elements of inclusion, health and disability, to encompass students who have disclosed a learning difference, disability or medical condition, and in responding to students who present with challenges that impact their studies. The post holder will ensure that access and participation is at the forefront of all work.
You will need to have a high level of interpersonal skills and be capable of making rapid and informed decisions to ensure the safety and wellbeing of students, with the ability to keep accurate records.
