Key Activities and Responsibilities:

As part of this team, you will engage in a variety of critical activities, providing direct support to the origination, structuring, and execution of complex financing solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the development of financing solutions, such as Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) across diverse asset classes, Medium-Term Notes (MTNs), repurchase agreements (repo), and fund financing.
  • Conducting thorough reviews of deal documentation and data room materials, identifying and flagging key issues for senior team members.
  • Performing sector-specific research and contributing to rating, pricing, and benchmarking analyses crucial for transaction structuring.
  • Providing analytical support on live transactions by reviewing materials prepared by the structuring team.
  • Contributing to the preparation of essential client and internal materials, including pitch books, presentations, and documents for internal committee approvals.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the team's mandate, product offerings, origination strategy, and the Bank’s internal governance framework.
