WHAT TO EXPECT

Join JLR as a Programme Delivery Manager - IERP and take the lead in managing and delivering Source to Pay (S2P) deliverables within our Integrated ERP programme. This pivotal role ensures that Global S2P requirements are effectively captured, planned, managed, and delivered, driving the success of our procurement operations.

As a Programme Delivery Manager, you will engage with stakeholders, set tasks for timely completion, and ensure the cohesion of multiple deliverables within the programme. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying, planning, and coordinating specific projects for Global Procurement during the Design & Delivery phase.

Your mission is to plan, coordinate, report, and deliver projects to meet time, cost, and quality targets. You'll identify and manage risks, control activities, and ensure each project phase is successfully completed. If you're ready to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Utilise project management techniques to achieve strategic business objectives for Procurement and Industrial Operations within the Integrated ERP programme Manage key strategic projects and work streams from scoping to delivery, ensuring quality, cost, and timescales are prioritised, with effective cross-functional engagement and stakeholder management Plan for and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to maximize project success, escalating as necessary Partner with the operational business to understand processes, document requirements, and manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring projects add value and align with business needs Oversee resources, governance, and operational acceptance processes, ensuring smooth project transition to service delivery and continuous improvement through lessons learned

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Extensive experience in managing complex projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Strong leadership skills for handling multiple projects Involvement in planning, executing, and supporting new system rollouts. Ensuring smooth implementation and user adoption, and coordinating with technical teams and end-users Experience in engaging with stakeholders at various levels, managing expectations, and ensuring clear communication. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Hands-on experience with large-scale digital programmes, especially ERP systems like SAP or PLM. Knowledge of best practices and challenges in digital transformations Methodical and detailed approach to work. Strong analytical skills to identify and address issues, and implement necessary interventions
