An Exciting Opportunity in Applied Technology:

This hands-on, lab-based role is an integral part of Lear’s EU & Africa Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering team. You will play a crucial role in driving concept development and leading the implementation of cutting-edge applied technologies and Industry 4.0 initiatives within our regional operations. You’ll work collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts from Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, and IT, transforming innovative ideas into tangible solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity across our manufacturing processes.

  • Project Management Excellence: Lead end-to-end innovation projects across the EMEA region, from initial planning and execution to successful completion. This provides invaluable experience in managing timelines, budgets, and technical requirements, honing your leadership and organizational skills.   • Innovation and Product Development: Ensure that innovation aligns with operational needs and strategic goals.
