We are seeking an exceptional leader to join us as International Office Director. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the University’s international strategy at a key point in delivering our ambitious 2020–2030 plan, Universal Values, Global Change.
About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will lead the University’s international agenda, driving student recruitment, transnational education partnerships, and the International Pathways Centre. You will oversee a UK-based team and five overseas offices in Malaysia, China, Brussels, Nigeria, and India, ensuring agile responses to global market opportunities and challenges.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading international student recruitment in line with our Student Recruitment Strategy.Developing and managing strategic transnational education partnerships worldwide.Shaping and delivering institution-wide international strategic plans to enhance profile, partnerships, and recruitment.Representing the University externally to raise its global reputation and influence.Building and motivating a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.About You
We are looking for a visionary leader with:
