The job itself

We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and positive person to join our lunchtime team. The successful person will be based in our school production kitchen and assist the school cook with the preparation and service of school meals.

Possession of Level 1 and 2 Food Hygiene is desirable but not essential, however you must be committed to undertaking this training as part of the role.

The primary duties of the role will be in the kitchen; however, you will also be responsible for assisting with the set up and clear down of the dining hall equipment, and cleaning duties. There will also be instances where you will help with lunchtime supervisor duties.
