About the role.

A great opportunity for an internal candidate is available for a Learning Procedure Associate to join the Group Learning and Development Team. In this role, you will write, update, and standardise learning content, including Standard Operating Procedures. You will work with colleagues across various sites in the UK.

Role Accountabilities

Using your excellent influencing and rapport building skills, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders and other key players to develop bespoke learning documentation together with the robust assessments.

Your role will include inputting new and existing content into a new standardised template and updating the content as per the requests from site. The successful candidate will need to build strong relationships across the business and deliver clear and effective communication in order to drive standardisation of content where possible. You will need to be comfortable to ask questions to site requestors to clarify updates or ask probing questions to get a greater understanding of what is required.

You will also have a keen eye for ambiguities and to make collaborative decisions on ways to put these right and present a more streamlined document.

You must also have the ability to demonstrate close attention to detail in order to manage version control to facilitate a robust strategy.

This will be a fast-paced role, with high volume and tight turnaround timescales, so you must be able to work under pressure in a logical and methodical manner across various sites. This role is site based and will involve regular travel across multiple sites.

About you.

We are looking for a candidate with strong on-site experience with machinery and a good understanding of health and safety (H&S) and technical requirements within food production. Good communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills are important. You must be proficient in using PC applications, especially Microsoft Office. You should be able to travel and have your own transportation. Full training for the role will be provided.
