Learning Support Workers

About the Role

RHACC delivers employability skills, basic skills and wellbeing courses for Merton Adult Learners with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to help them maximise their potential and achieve their aspirations 

We are looking to appoint Learning Support Workers in our Supported Learning Department to support our learners at our Parkshot and Hillcroft campuses and at our outreach centres. The role is term time only and working patterns will be negotiated to suit the availability of the successful applicant(s). The working hours are on a variable hours basis. 

About You

The successful applicants(s) will have experience in supporting learners with varying additional needs or be willing to learn while working and will have excellent communication and record-keeping skills. The ability to motivate learners to succeed and have a supportive and positive approach is also essential as are patience, kindness and an eagerness to learn and develop.

Salary: £15.52 per hour
